Proper family run gym with such a great atmosphere. If you want a decent place to train whether you just want to keep fit or be a competitive bodybuilder Bodyworks is perfect. Run by Shane and Frankie and you will never find two people who are more passionate, knowledgeable and helpful. Don’t hesitate to give it a go.
A great atmosphere in a ‘proper gym’ with great owners and equipment. Started going to bodyworks 7 years ago and used to travel 60 miles on a weekly basis to get there. Now I live closer I try and get to the gym as often as I can. Made some real good friends in the gym who have pushed me and supported me in my training. The owners are very serious about training and very serious about results. Highly recommend!

Such a lovely little studio. It is what it is and it’s a raw environment to take part in energetic & relaxing yoga classes. It has a lovely community feel and lots of regular users. I have attended a few classes each individual to the instructor. Lovely experience in a non clique studio.

I have been a member here for over 10 years. My husband and children are also part of the PSC. This is an amazing space for the family. It is a friendly and welcoming environment without the pretence associated with some of the racket clubs you may find in other areas. Whether you are interested in playing squash, badminton, gym or out for a meal and a few drinks, you will walk away feeling like you are part of something really special.
Fantastic atmosphere.great place to drink and have a good time even if your not a squash player!! Food is top restaurant quailty 5 stars from me ..would highly recommend
